Terms of Service

These terms describe the baseline expectations for using the fitness platform responsibly, securely, and in line with role-based access boundaries.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during registration and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must not share access to your account or attempt to bypass role restrictions or security controls.

If you believe your account has been compromised, you should contact support immediately and use the platform's password reset and session management controls.

Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to abuse, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with normal product operation. You may not impersonate another person, manipulate access controls, or attempt to obtain data beyond what your role allows.

Role-specific features for trainers, gym operators, and admins are provided only for legitimate business or coaching workflows and may be audited for security and compliance purposes.

Suspension and changes

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access when needed to protect users, maintain system integrity, or comply with legal obligations. Security-sensitive actions may be logged and reviewed.

These terms may evolve as the platform grows. Continued use after updated terms become effective means you accept those changes.
